Snorkel PA is an informal collective of amateurs, students and professionals of all ages, interested in snorkeling the beautiful freshwater systems of Pennsylvania. Our goal is to bring connection, awareness and appreciation of life within our watersheds.
All are welcome but best for ages 12 and up. All minors must be accompanied by an adult caretaker at all times.

The Wild World of Freshwater Snorkeling
Pennsylvania is home to over 86,000 miles of stream, that’s more than any other state except Alaska. There’s an entire world to explore with all sorts of fascinating critters, plants, animals, insects and microbes. You don’t need to travel to the tropics for your snorkeling adventure when you can do it in your own backyard. Let’s explore!
